Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home or center settings, helping children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and clear career growth opportunities, including paid training and support to earn RBT certification. A background check and CPR/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy in homes or centers.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data, track progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors.
