Job summary

ivyhealth in Canton, MI is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician to support our ABA program under the guidance of a BCBA. You will help with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions while collaborating with families and teammates to deliver effective therapy for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or the desire to obtain certification through additional training and supervision.
• Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a BCBA.
• Support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, families, and patients to maintain quality care.
