Job summary

ivyhealth’s Ivy ABA program in Livonia, Michigan, is seeking a Behavior Technician for a full-time role. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the supervision of a BCBA, helping children and families learn new skills through evidence-based therapy.

You will collaborate with clinicians and families, maintain professional relationships, and contribute to a supportive team environment that promotes growth and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field.
• Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred.
• RBT certification or desire to obtain it.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changing workload.
• Proven customer service and patient care experience.
