Job summary

Ivy Health Inc in Michigan is seeking a Behavioral Technician in our ABA program. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the supervision of a BCBA, helping children and families learn new skills with autism-focused therapy.

You will collaborate with clinicians, families, and teammates to deliver consistent care in a rewarding, growth-oriented environment. This role requires 1 year of experience in a therapy setting or related field, preferably with ABA

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field.
• Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training preferred.
• Certification as an RBT or pursuing certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under a BCBA.
• Support clinicians and help children and families learn new skills.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, families, and patients.
• Deliver therapy in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
