Job summary

Discover Hope Behavioral Solutions, Inc. is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Positions are available part-time and full-time, with flexible scheduling from Mon to Sat.

Ideal candidates should possess an RBT credential and have experience with children in similar roles. Benefits include $25-$30/hour pay, mileage reimbursement, PTO, healthcare, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma.
• Preferred experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 individualized behavior therapy in home or community settings.
• Complete daily data collection as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
