Job summary

Discover Hope Behavioral Solutions, Inc. is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to provide Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Positions are available part-time and full-time, providing opportunities for professional training and growth.

Successful candidates will demonstrate effective communication and decision-making skills, must be at least 18 years old with a High School diploma, and preferably have experience with children on the autism spectrum. Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) required.
• Must be 18 years old with a High School diploma or higher.
• One or more years of experience with children with autism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 individualized behavior therapy in home or community settings.
• Complete daily data collection and follow treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
