A growing behavioral health organization is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder. Qualifications

• Must have experience working as a BT or RBT in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Minimum educational requirement of a High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check including FBI and child abuse clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community.
• Follow an individualized treatment plan tailored by a BCBA.
• Collect data through observation and submit detailed session notes.
