Crimson Heights, LLC in Kanab, UT is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA support under BCBA supervision. You will help clients build communication, social, adaptive, and daily-living skills using individualized ABA treatment plans.

The position is in-person at the Kanab Clinic with pay ranging from $18–$25 per hour and a full-time schedule. No RBT certification is required to apply, and Crimson Heights offers paid training; lower rates may apply for those

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass required background checks and clearances.
• Reliable transportation for travel between assigned client locations.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience supporting people with autism or behavioral needs is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and communicate progress or concerns promptly.
• Support communication, social, self-help, and adaptive-skill programs.
• Follow approved behavior-reduction protocols, privacy requirements, and professional standards.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
