Crimson Heights, LLC in Cedar City, Utah is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will help clients build communication, social, adaptive, and daily-living skills using individualized treatment plans in clinic, home, school, or community settings.

No RBT certification is required to apply; Crimson Heights provides paid training. A high school diploma, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must pass required background checks and clearances.
• Reliable transportation for travel between client locations.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience supporting people with autism or behavioral needs is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and communicate progress or concerns promptly.
• Support communication, social, self-help, and adaptive-skill programs.
• Follow approved behavior-reduction protocols, privacy requirements, and professional standards.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
