Job summary

Crimson Heights is seeking a dedicated ABA technician to provide one-on-one behavioral support under BCBA supervision, helping clients build communication, social, adaptive, and daily-living skills with individualized treatment plans. Location: Salem, Utah.

Compensation: $18–$25 per hour with paid training; RBT certification is not required to apply, and those without an active credential may start at a lower rate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background checks and clearances must be passable.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.

• Provide direct ABA services in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA and collect session data.
• Support communication, social, self-help, and adaptive-skill programs.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.

What you will do

Provide direct ABA services in clinic, home, school, or community settings. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA. Collect accurate session data and communicate progress or concerns promptly. Support communication, social, self-help, and adaptive-skill programs. Follow approved behavior-reduction protocols, privacy requirements, and professional standards. Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass required background checks and clearances. Reliable transportation for travel between assigned client locations. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it. Experience supporting people with autism or behavioral needs is valued.
