Crimson Heights, LLC in Henderson, NV is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA behavior technician to provide one-on-one behavioral support under BCBA supervision. You will help clients build communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills using individualized ABA treatment plans.

This in-person role offers full-time hours with paid training, no prior RBT credential required to apply, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks and clearances required.
• Reliable transportation between client locations.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with autism or behavioral needs valued.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct ABA services in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and communicate progress or concerns promptly.
• Support communication, social, self-help, and adaptive-skill programs.
• Follow approved behavior-reduction protocols, privacy requirements, and professional standards.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
