PowerBack Rehabilitation in Rogers, AR is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. The role emphasizes teaching new skills and behavior modification to children with autism.

Position requires a 40-hour RBT training, willingness to obtain RBT certification, and at least 1 year of experience with children. Training is provided; schedule includes M/Tu/W/Th with varying hours. Salary ranges per hour and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered.
• Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes with their Client Advocate.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s).
• Complies with and follows the BACB code of ethics as it relates to service delivery and professionalism.
