You will collaborate with families and clinicians, collect session data, and help build skills. No prior experience is required, and Spanish communication is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Spanish communication preferred.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
