aba360 seeks a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings in New Jersey. You will help children with autism develop independence and work with families as part of a clinical team.

No prior experience is required; part-time opportunities with flexible afternoon/evening hours are available. Spanish communication is preferred, and the role offers same-day pay and entry into the psychology field.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Spanish language ability preferred.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor are essential.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations.
• Support skill-building and care plan implementation as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
