Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support children with Autism in homes and community settings across New Jersey. No prior experience is required, and comprehensive training is provided, offering a strong entry point into the ABA field.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA interventions, record data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team. Spanish communication is preferred to better serve diverse families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Able to communicate in Spanish (preferred).
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
