Apploi is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, maintain notes, and collaborate with families and the therapy team across multiple NYC-area locations.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, strong communication, and adherence to HIPAA, with immediate starts available in Crown Heights, Oceanside, and Corona after 3:00 PM and on weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year working with children or in a related field.
• Knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality laws.

We are seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

BTs work directly with individuals with Autism and related behavioral challenges, implementing behavioral services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Job Requirements

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: At least 1 year working with children or in a related field
• Related roles include: Paraprofessional, Special Education Teacher/Assistant, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Autism Aide, ABA Therapist, Childcare Specialist, Daycare Worker, Direct Care Worker, etc.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA confidentiality laws

Work Schedule

Part-time: 15–30 hours per week

Must be available after school hours and/or weekends

Most sessions begin after 3:00 PM

Immediate start available in Oceanside 4-7pm

Immediate start available in Corona 4-7pm

Immediate start available in Crown Heights 3-9pm
