Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is hiring Behavior Technicians in Anoka, MN to support children on the autism spectrum with evidence-based ABA techniques. No prior behavioral health experience is required, and you will receive paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

The role runs full-time from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday sessions for make-up appointments. Competitive hourly compensation applies, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday–Friday; some Saturdays for make-up sessions.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Play and encourage young learners while incorporating targets from each client’s treatment plan.
• Document progress and track skill development using ABA-based methods.
• Assist in building communication and independence in daily activities.
