Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Foxborough, MA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. This full-time role requires availability Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–8:00 PM, with potential weekend shifts; RBT starting at $24.60/hr and BT starting at $22.25/hr, final pay based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification preferred or required for BT/RBT track.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Track progress and maintain quality; collect and document session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and training.
