ABA Centers of America in Foxborough, MA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for full-time, on-site roles. Starting hourly rates are $22.25 for BT and $24.60 for RBT, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education. Availability includes weekdays and potential weekends.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Availability evenings and weekends preferred.
Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
Track progress and maintain quality of care.
Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and training.
Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
