Job summary

Florida Autism Center | BlueSprig Pediatrics is hiring motivated individuals to provide ABA therapy in center or home settings. You will help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, working one‑on‑one or in small groups under supervision.

No ABA experience is required—paid training and RBT certification are provided, with ongoing mentorship and career growth opportunities across 140+ centers.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, attendance, and punctuality.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for helping children.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor.
• If applying to a Florida location you must obtain a Florida driver's license before completing training.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center‑based and/or home‑based settings
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Work one‑on‑one or in small groups with clients
• Collect data and document client progress
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members
• Participate in training and professional development
• Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
