Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus.
• 1 year of experience working with children; autism or developmental differences preferred.
• Awareness of ABA concepts and willingness to learn hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision by BCBA or AS.
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record data in real time during sessions.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians and leaders.
• Support children in communication, social, and daily living skills.
