Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis in Santa Paula, Port Hueneme and Oxnard is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy and support skill development for children with autism and developmental needs. Training is provided, with mentorship and clear opportunities for advancement.

You will follow BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate closely with families and supervisors to tailor interventions and monitor outcomes.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children; childcare or teaching experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and weekday afternoon/evening availability.
• Able to pass background check; CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy in homes or centers.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data, track progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors.
