Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in locations such as Simi Valley, Newbury Park, or Santa Paula. You will help children with autism build essential skills while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship.

This role offers $21/hour during training, increasing to $25-$28/hour based on experience. With opportunities for professional development and a supportive team culture, this position is a chance to start a meaningful career.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass background check; CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Driver's license and car insurance needed.
• Availability on weekday afternoons/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy in homes or centers.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data and collaborate with families and supervisors.
