Pivotal Parenting Support in Culver City, CA is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to deliver ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision.

You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive team. The role offers part-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans effectively.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help individuals.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to ensure consistent treatment approach.
• Potential for full-time hours.
