Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth. Centers operate 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 1:1, center-based ABA therapy with children 18 months–10 years.
• Collect and record behavioral data under supervision.
• Maintain safe, clean therapy environment and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic setting.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track progress.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
