Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to provide center-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth. Centers operate 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays.

Full-time preferred; part-time requires open availability and 25+ hours/week. Earn hourly progression from $15 to $21 with bilingual pay differential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, clinic-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
