Job summary

Achieving True Self (ATS) is seeking individuals to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with paid training. You will provide one-on-one ABA-based support to children with developmental and behavioral challenges in home or community settings, while receiving paid training to become an RBT.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children and families.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage children using ABA techniques and individualized strategies.
• Collect data and document progress in EHR; assist with admin tasks.
• Collaborate with families to implement behavior strategies at home and in the community.
• Support growth and learning through one-on-one sessions in home or community settings.
• Represent ATS values in all interactions.
