Job summary

Achieving True Self (ATS) is seeking a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA support to children in home or community settings. This role includes PAID training to become an RBT, with bi-weekly pay and a robust benefits package for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to start part-time while caseload grows.
• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with kids and apply learning strategies.
• Implement ABA techniques and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data and document progress in the EHR; assist with admin tasks.
• Collaborate with families to support development at home.
• Be part of a diverse team aligned with ATS mission.
