Job summary

Achieving True Self is offering paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The role provides bi-weekly pay, PTO, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career development.

You will gain hands-on experience delivering ABA-based support to children in home or community settings, with paid training to become an RBT within the first month. The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, including part-time onboarding as caseload grows, and a supportive work environment

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Comfort using technology for documentation and administrative tasks.
• Willingness to start part-time while caseload grows.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
• Professionalism and empathy in working with families and children.

Responsibilities

• Engage with children in a meaningful, fun, and personalized learning environment.
• Implement ABA-based strategies and behavior plans to support development.
• Collect and document progress data in the EHR system.
• Collaborate with families to support home-based learning and behavior goals.
• Contribute to ATS values and mission through daily work.
