Job summary

ABS Kids is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism. We offer part-time shifts, Monday–Friday, with 8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm availability. No experience? We will train you on the job and support your RBT certification.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on the job.
• No prior experience required for RBT training.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child through ABA-based teaching.
• Use play and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as daily living and social skills.
