Job summary

ABS Kids in Monroe, NC is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians and seasoned RBTs to support children with autism. You will use ABA techniques, provide one-on-one client support, and record data on progress.

The role offers part-time shifts with hours 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday, a $18-24 hourly pay, and a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs plus paid RBT certification and mileage reimbursement.

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs
• A heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence
• Eagerness and energy to play and support ABA-based learning

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child through ABA play and instruction
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
