Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians (entry to experienced) to support children with autism through ABA-based sessions. The role offers flexible hours, a $1,000 RBT bonus, and opportunities to advance as you gain certification.

Expect pay between $18.00 and $24.00 per hour, with paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive training path. You will work under supervision, collecting data, applying therapeutic techniques, and helping children develop practical life skills in

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Heart for helping kids.
• Calm, steady presence.
• Eagerness and energy to play.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations.
• Tech savviness to learn data collection software and use basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child using play and ABA therapy.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor, self-care, and social skills.
• Move up and down from floor and assist with mobility as needed.
