Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA-based techniques.
• Ability to engage children with patience and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child using ABA techniques.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
