Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training within 30 days of hire (company-supported if not certified).
• Strong commitment to client-centered care and ethical practice.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable following structured treatment protocols.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage physically with clients, including sitting on the floor, active play, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Basic computer and technology skills for data collection and communication.
• Experience in behavioral health, education, or childcare is a plus but not required; training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress during sessions.
• Support clients with daily living, play, communication, and social skills.
• Collaborate with caregivers and supervisors for family-centered care.
• Maintain a safe, confidential environment and follow standards.
• Complete required administrative tasks related to service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training, feedback, and supervision.
