  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable following structured treatment protocols.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage physically with clients, including sitting on the floor, active play, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Basic computer and technology skills for data collection and communication.
  • Experience in behavioral health, education, or childcare is a plus but not required; training and mentorship provided.

Position Summary
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills while implementing behavior-reduction strategies. This role is active, hands-on, and deeply rewarding, you’ll see the impact of your work every day.
