Job summary

Belle ABA Inc in Marlborough, MA is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in home, clinic, or community settings under BCBA supervision.

You will collect accurate data, implement individualized treatment plans, teach communication and daily living skills with positive reinforcement, monitor progress, and collaborate with families while upholding BACB guidelines and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with ASD or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
• Must pass a background check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Monitor client progress and report observations to the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support generalization of skills.
