Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one support to children and adults in home- or community-based settings. You will work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement behavior-change plans and help clients build social and communication skills.

Eligible candidates possess a high school diploma or equivalent, are at least 18, and have a passion for supporting individuals with special needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for helping individuals with special needs.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and families.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in home- or community-based settings.
• Help individuals build social and communication skills.
• Support families by addressing repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Follow behavior-change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Collect and document progress, milestones, and session information accurately.
• Create encouraging, structured interactions during every session.
