ABS Kids is seeking Behavior Technicians for a 3:00pm-7:00pm shift. No experience? We will train you on the job and provide paid RBT certification.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence.
• Eagerness and energy to play with kids.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and locations.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child using play and ABA therapy.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living and social/emotional skills.
