Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a 3:00pm–7:00pm shift in Taylorsville, Indiana. You will support children with autism using ABA, collect progress data, and help them develop daily living skills. Training is provided; no experience required to start, with pathways to RBT certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism.
• Use play and ABA to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help develop essential life skills such as daily living, hygiene, potty training, and social-emotional skills.
• Move up and down from floor and stay active during sessions.

Job Requirements

We are looking for Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs for our 3:00pm-7:00pm shift. Must have availability 3:00pm-7:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Benefits and Compensation

• $1,000 bonus for current RBTs.
• $18.50 - $23.00 / hour
• Increase for RBT certification
• Paid RBT Certification - No experience necessary, we will help you get trained on the job!

You Will:

• Get up and down off floor often, move quickly

You Have:

• 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs - make sure this is on your resume or application!
• A heart for helping kids

• Eagerness and energy to play
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
• Tech savviness- learn our data collection software and use basic office software
