ABS Kids in Centerville, UT is seeking a Behavior Technician for the 3:00pm–7:00pm shift. The role welcomes both current RBTs and those pursuing certification, with on-the-job training and support to achieve RBT certification.

You will collect data, implement behavior plans, and provide one-on-one support to children with autism in a caring, structured environment. We value growth, teamwork, and positive outcomes for families.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Availability 3:00pm–7:00pm, Monday–Friday.
• Ability to travel to client homes and other locations if required.

• Use play and ABA strategies to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for clients and staff.

• Move to assist and monitor clients as needed.

Job Requirements

$1,000 bonus for current RBTs. We are looking for Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs for our 3:00pm-7:00pm shift. Must have availability 3:00pm-7:00pm, Monday-Friday.

• 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs - make sure this is on your resume or application!

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
• Tech savviness- learn our data collection software and use basic office software
