Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism in Trenton, NJ. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and a $200 sign-on bonus, with compensation of $18–$25 per hour based on experience and caseload.

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. You will track client progress, support skill-building in communication and daily living, and collaborate with families for consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation.
