Job summary

Headway Services is seeking a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy to a 14-year-old client in Jersey City, NJ. You will implement BCBA-developed plans, collect data, and support communication, socialization, and daily living skills while partnering with families for consistent treatment.

The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and a $200 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology is a plus.
• Previous ABA therapy experience or work with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician 14 year old boy
• Location: Jersey City, New Jersey
• Job Type: Part time
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 3:30- 5:30pm
• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
