Magnet ABA Therapy in Lafayette, Tennessee, is seeking an in-person Behavior Technician to support Applied Behavior Analysis programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy, collect data, and help advance social, communication, and daily living skills for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Ideal candidates may have prior experience as a Behavior Technician; training is provided.

Formación

• Experience as a Behavior Technician is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
