Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Tennessee is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support clients with Applied Behavior Analysis therapies. You will implement individualized intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and assist in developing behavior support plans.

Providing one-on-one ABA therapy, you will teach social, communication, and daily living skills while collaborating with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
