Magnet ABA Therapy in Kentucky is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision and provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients. You will collect data, support development of behavior plans, and teach social, communication, and daily living skills, collaborating with the BCBA to adjust treatment as needed.

Training is provided; prior experience is preferred but not required, with a range of benefits including competitive compensation

Qualifikationen

• Experience with data collection and documentation in ABA or related fields.
• Patience and compassion when supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but training will be provided.

Aufgaben

• Implement individualized ABA intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
