Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in person with children and individuals with developmental disabilities in Clayton, NC. You will implement ABA-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and support progress toward individualized goals.

The role emphasizes direct patient care, collaboration with families and educators, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. RBT certification is required.

Qualifications

• ABA knowledge and behavior techniques under BCBA supervision
• Strong patient care principles and confidentiality
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and team members
• HIPAA compliance and accurate medical documentation
• Background in special education is a plus
• Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments

Responsibilities
