Epic Minds Therapy seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA-based therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities in person in North Carolina. You will implement intervention plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and educators to support holistic growth.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, HIPAA compliance, and ongoing professional development to enhance behavioral health and special education skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Assist in patient assessments and intake processes to gather relevant information.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
