Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is expanding its ABA team in Redlands, offering in-home and center-based therapy for children with autism and related developmental conditions. You will learn ABA techniques with paid training and ongoing clinical mentorship, delivering one-on-one sessions to help clients progress toward individualized goals.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, reliability, and organizational skills, with availability for 15+ hours weekly in the afternoon/evening, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Available a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance and registration.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles from home for client sessions.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning data collection and behavior intervention techniques.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings
