Helping Hands Family is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, or community settings. You will work under a BCBA to implement sessions and track progress.

Requirements include a high school diploma (human services preferred), comfort with children, physical ability (up to 50 pounds), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Comfort working with children in various settings.
• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based methods.
• Implement sessions designed by a BCBA.
