The Behavior Technician (also known as ABA Therapist) works in the in‑home setting under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high‑quality clinic‑based ABA programs for children with autism. This is a part‑time position (10–25 hours per week) with a pay range of $21–27 per hour, depending on experience.
AZA United provides extensive training and professional development. All new technicians complete a hands‑on paid training program, followed by monthly supervision and oversight sessions with BCBAs. We support obtaining national RBT certification and offer an in‑house mentoring program with a career path to BCBA.
